People are naturally drawn to various jobs based on their unique personalities. Our RIASEC based career assessment allows you to determine your personality type. Each letter in the acronym RIASEC (also called Holland codes) corresponds to a particular personality, i.e. Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional respectively.
Discover your personality type with the ‘Career Assessment’ based on RIASEC.
For this, Go to Career Profile in the Menu bar.
Scroll down and click on the ‘Start’ button to take the assessment.
The Assessment contains 60 questions. Read the questions carefully and answer each question honestly but spontaneously. Avoid trying to manipulate the results to fit a certain outcome. You can even skip a question if you are not sure about it.
After you answer all the questions, you will get your RIASEC score (Holland Codes). Consider the top three highest scoring categories which happen to be Enterprising, Social and Realistic in this specific example. Your top three categories reflect the areas where you naturally excel and find fulfillment.

Remember, while your RIASEC results provide valuable insights, they are just one piece of the puzzle. It’s essential to explore various career options, consider your values, skills, and aspirations. Explore your interests and identify exciting opportunities aligned with your top three highest scoring categories. For this,
Go to the Course Catalog in the Menu bar.
Use the filtering tool to find the suitable careers for your personality type.
Based on your RIASEC Assessment score, put your RIASEC personality type in the filter to know about the career options suitable for you.
Additionally, you can explore career clusters that match your RIASEC personality type. For instance, if you have an Enterprising personality, you might find career clusters like Business Management and Administration, as well as Marketing, to be a good fit for you.
Note – When the Career Cluster drop down shows ‘0’, it indicates that these clusters are not compatible with the RIASEC personality type you have selected.
You can also explore the academic domain, field, and subject that match your RIASEC personality type or your chosen career cluster.

Even with knowledge of all the career options, you might still feel lost if you lack understanding of certain subjects. That’s where our micro-courses step in to help. These short, focused courses cover a wide range of topics and skills relevant to various industries and professions.Covering a wide range of topics and skills across different industries, they offer fundamental knowledge essential for different professions.
Whether you’re looking to enhance your existing skills or acquire new ones, our micro-courses can provide valuable insights and knowledge to help you make informed decisions about your future career.
Select a course to see what it covers, who it’s for, and what you’ll learn. Click ‘Launch Course’ to dive into the actual lessons.
Step 5
Enroll in the courses to gain a foundational understanding of the subject and reinforce your concepts.
To do this, navigate to “Pricing” in the menu bar and choose a plan that fits your needs. You can opt for the Free Trial Bundle, which includes 10 courses, to begin exploring.
Afterwards, head to “My Account” in the menu bar to access your courses. From there, you can also see your Profile, your current Membership status, and any invoices.
You can find all the courses included in your plan by clicking on “My Courses.”
Click on the course that interests you to start exploring. These courses are designed to help you assess your interests in a specific field. To understand what’s covered in the course, click on the course blueprint.
The “Historical Evolution” section delves into the past, illustrating how a specific field has developed and changed over time.
Each course is divided into 10 lessons, covering the fundamentals of the subject. The roadmap of each lesson provides a visual overview of its contents.
After completing each lesson, visit the checkpoint to take the assessment and gauge your understanding of the material.
The final lesson provides a comprehensive overview of the career opportunities available in that field.
After completing all the 10 lessons, click on the “Summary and Submit” button to see your progress report.
This report displays your score, progress, and interactions within the course. If you’re not satisfied with your score, you can revisit the lesson to refresh your concepts and retake the assessment.
For those with busy schedules, you can also listen to the courses using the audio feature while on the go or while performing household chores.
