Xpertini is an online learning and technology education platform operated by Claraeon Learning Private Limited (“Claraeon”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Xpertini website, learning platform, courses, lessons, quizzes, assessments, assignments, applications, AI-powered features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, registering for, or using Xpertini, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Where Xpertini issues course completion certificates or other credentials, such credentials indicate completion according to the requirements established for the applicable course or program.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Xpertini certificate:

  • Is not a government-issued qualification
  • Does not guarantee employment
  • Does not guarantee admission to an educational institution
  • Does not guarantee professional licensing or certification

Users should independently verify whether a course or certificate meets requirements relevant to their academic, employment, or professional objectives.

8. AI-Powered Features

Xpertini may provide artificial intelligence-powered features such as AI tutors, assistants, recommendations, summaries, quizzes, explanations, or learning support.

AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Users should independently verify important information and should not rely solely on AI-generated content for decisions involving health, safety, legal, financial, academic, or other high-impact matters.

Users must not use Xpertini’s AI features for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Xpertini and/or Claraeon and its licensors own or have appropriate rights to the Platform and its content, including:

  • Course materials
  • Videos
  • Graphics
  • Designs
  • Text
  • Software
  • Assessments
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Platform features

Users receive only the limited rights necessary to access the Platform for authorized personal learning purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to users by accessing or purchasing a course.

10. User Content

Where users are permitted to upload assignments, comments, questions, feedback, project files, or other materials, users retain applicable rights in their original content.

By submitting content where necessary for Platform operation, users grant the Company the rights reasonably required to host, process, display, review, and use such content to provide and improve the applicable services, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Users must not upload content that:

  • Violates applicable law
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is fraudulent or deceptive

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
